what's the use of having a blog yet not posting any post right ? so now im updating my blog. duuhhhhhh ~

yesterday melissa siying and i went back secondary skool for chinese orchestra. and i tell you the song piece fo SYF this year is super nice can! and i feel unfair! why? because the SYF 2 years back was not as nice, i mean for my own section which is the sheng (go check it out if you don't know what it is). sheng this year has more parts to play unlike last year, it was just those few notes. anyway MY DEARESR ORCHESTRA PEEPS PLS WORK HARD FOR THE COMING SYF! you guys are almost there but just lack of the emotions and beat. improve them and i bet we can get a satisfing result.

i wanted to take a picture with mr charming zul but i guess it was a failure.

lesson learnt: NEVER FURTHER EMBARRASS YOURSELF WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE ALREADY SHORT.

and finally a successful one =)


o well, afterwhich we (melissa yapben huiyi junjie and i) headed to hg mall for dinner. then walked around to search for optical shops which sell the cheapest colour contact lens. hee! and out of those shops, most of them are selling around the same price actually. BUT I HAVE NO $$ TO GET THEM. sigh yaiii yaiiii......

actually, we headed to hg mall for one reason which was to eat the tuesday offer at gelare. but then, it was cancelled. so we (pearlyn weiting siying farah and i) met up and headed down to vivo. (seems like vivo is my second home. i go there to work and also go there during my off days. diaooo ~) we went for window shopping. AND WEITING, I'LL NEVER FORGET WHAT HAPPENED ON OUR WAY HOME! muahhahah! this is a little secret among we girls. hehehe!

got home and did last minute of paper work and almost had a bad quarrel with mummy. partly my fault too. the whole thing is that i've got my enrolment package from spore poly since monday and there were many things i wasn't sure about AND THE DATELINE IS ON THE COMING FRI. mum asked me to call them for help but i didn't. so both of us stayed up late till almost 4am to read up the guidebook and finish the paper work.

this morning got up early tired calling spore for help but no one answered. hell with it. so called bank instead and cleared my doubts. then, bathed, dressed up and headed down to bank to pay my fees, then went to raffles place for my medical screening and i have to go back next week for urine test just because im having my menses. hell with it again. everything over, headed to work early.

seriously, i've thought alot today. just felt bad for making mum stay up late last night and i never do things that i should do. mum and dad let me do my own things since young and let myself be independent. i THOUGHT i AM just a step to be independent. BUT NO! i still have a long long way. for example, those simple paper work, i can't even handle. then today i went down for medical screening myself. but i was scared. maybe mum was always there with me when i go for such check ups. but i was all alone today. i have been to raffles place many times but today it seems like a unknown place to me. can't imagine how can i handle when i really step out in to working life.

im just going to work with myself and be independent!

why do i say so? it's because now that im looking for a new handphone, then do i just realised that i made a big loss of money!! remember that i bought a samsung k5 mp3 for 309 bucks? if i were to save that 309 bucks and check out the market clearly, i could have bought a phone which has an mp3 plus an in-built 2 megapix camera phone for 538 bucks! (taking into account that i trade-in my present phone worth 100 bucks ++) 538 bucks seems big sum but if i had not spent on my mp3 and add 200 bucks ++ more, i could get the phone le la !!! and the phone is super duper ultra coool to me la!

errggghhh.. mum is right. i always PAY to learnt. anyone wants to buy my mp3 ? for, let's say 300 bucks? 9 bucks cheaper? *negotiations are applied!

well ooo well, i don't have much $$ left but i need them to get a freaking new phone and do a freaking new hairstyle for my hair. =(((((( god in heaven, pls rain some money!!!! fat hopes ...

hapenings and happenings! so much of the happenings that i have not written them down. im just gonna pen down as much as possible, depending on how much my brain have captivated. and tis post is going to be long, if you don't like wordy page, i think you can jus close this window and surf other webs. =))

last sun was a good night spent at li lao shi's hse (he's one of my orchestra instructor). the few of us celebrated our last chinese new year at his hse and not forgetting getting ang baos from him! hehe. some played pokers cards, some played mahjongs and we did many catch-ups. we chatted about the past we had during the last SYF and the present we're going through. fun and enjoyable night, tiring at the end though. but i love that night!

afterwhich was work work and work. then, on tue which is the 6th, i've got my posting results (announced in my previous post). im happy with it but not fully contented. i was really hoping for media and com at sp but i was foolish for not trying out JPSAE at first. i gave up a chance for my future. even now i want to appeal, i don't have the chance. the feeling just sucks you know? anyway, im happy for those who got what they wanted. work hard people!

and yesterday was sentosa day again! it was with siying peiwen pearlyn weiting and stephanie. but before that, some girls headed to vivo long john silver to eat first. then, took the sentosa express in and sun tanned! some got red then being dark (one example is TAN SIYING!) and some got dark then being red. haha! had enough fun at sentosa, we headed back to vivo to try KIM GARY, a hong kong cafe. food not bad, reasonable price. (so much better than the hong kong cafe at kovan!) and i tell you, we girls are the "noisiest" in the restuarant esp having stephanie around. she can really do all kinds of stuffs to make you laugh like hell la. she is one good entertainer when you're feeling down. HAHA! love you la girl! atfer food, we walked around vivo again. hopped into zara kids and weiting saw this cute jumper. no size for that day, so she's waiting for them to call when new stocks arrive. afterall, zara kids isn't mainly for kids actually. =))

walked till 7 plus, the rest went home, leaving siying and me. we headed to novena square where jialong came and joined us. went there to check out the adidas shop and there is freaking nothing for me to see at all. still remember i happen to took liking for one of the adidas jacket at new cathay? the person at new cathay told me to try my luck at novena's branch. i went there last night and its freaking NOTHING AT ALL! the stuffs over there are like really really really very outdated la! my hopes were dashed (very dramatic i know) but i just feel very sad la. want spend money also don't have chance to spend. haha! and if you ever think of going novena to shop, i warn you, go ONLY IF YOU HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO! the place there is really pathetic, nothing much to see. it's not much, it's NOTHING! so go ONLY YOU HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO.

anyway after looking around the place, we headed to train station but not getting ready to tap and board the train. instead, we stand in front of the mrt map and we gave siying tests on the map. super fun to give siying such tests because she is DUMB IN RECOGNISING THE SINGAPORE MRT MAP! hahah! or i should say, she is dumb in any road directions or places in singapore (need i say more for other countries. muahaha!) both jialong and i had great time laughing at her man. =p sorry my dear! after a 2o mins or so of tests with siying, we finally tapped and board the train to tao payoh and took bus back to serangoon for prata! ate at prata shop and FINALLY headed home! home sweet home!

anyway, my 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice, all the way till the 5th choice are not accepted. i got into my 6th choice which is digital media at dover. freak! tried to appeal but there isn't even a chance given. sad! BUT im going to make my course a fun one though the distance is going to be long .....................

my girls, i'll miss you all. the clique will be missed too! i just hope our normal catch-ups will not be forgotten!
I FEEL GOOD, SO GOOD!
finally i've got to meet my girls (except melissa, sad) and goh jia long! u guys really make both of my days GOOODDD! both of my off days were just like normal school holidays, no worries and loads of fun! thoughts of work just got off my mind mind mind!!! =))))) well, suppose to look for jobs but i didn't cause i guess nobody will accept part timers at my age who are getting ready to go back school. i just have to be good and stay at my present place and to hell who cares about just one person for i have the rest! =DDDD

oo well yesterday, met up with siying ang and jialong. went to my work place for lunch and shopped around vivo. i spent $$ on accessories again. grrinz* walked into zara, siying bought a flinstone pebbles shirt, super cute! and i saw this pair of jeans that i super like but on second thoughts, i have got enough jeans. i went to the KIDS section and saw this above-knee-length dress that has got this little red beetle printed on it. tried it on and it was 1 size too big for me. had them to check if there are sizes at other outlets and pretty yes they have it! i've bought another kiddy clothes! winks* PS: i've never wanted to grow up, so don't call me childish =))
and yes, we were suppose to catch movie, twins mission, but because we wanted to be clothes advisors for goh jialong, we gave it a missed. and mr goh jialong, you seriously look nice on that topman's red shirt. so you better wear it if we buy! anyway afterwhich, we headed down to town but ang left for home halfway. went town to get my beetle dress and to search for paul frank jacket. saw a few of them but none caught my liking. so got no jackets home.

as for today! slept through the rainy morning and only woke up at noon. what a nice weather to sleep! envy me? =p woke up and continued my serial of hana kimi (hua yang shao nian). i last stopped at ep 4 and continued ep 5 today. didnt go on to ep 6 because i went to meet jialong for poooooooooool. haven't play it for long. hehe! and due to the lost of touch of pool, i lost first round to him! in just less than 5 minutes i think. what a shame! siying came to join us after her work too. after a few warm ups, i was a tiny winy better but still need more to grow my skills! tummy was growling, so played less than an hour and headed for food where drusilla came down too. tummy filled, went new cathay and i saw this brown adidas jacket that is cool! size was too small. they had other sizes but too big, no correct size for me! gonna try my luck at vivo tmw!

left with a gloomy face for movie, THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS. pay attention, its happYness not happIness. base on true story, i think. a little summary coming up. (read on if ONLY you're interested) its about this married man who started off well with his wife. but after he made a stupid deal by being a salesman selling some stupid microscope thingy, his life went way down. he owed taxes, bills and everything that concerns money. his wife left him for good and he only had his son by his side. his life is just as good as beggars on streets. but he never give up and fight through it. he became a successful person at the end.

its a very meaningful show i should say. youngsters like us should watch it and understand the real life out there and how fortunate we actually are. a tearful yet a little comedy movie. WORTH THE WATCH! and i've learnt 2 lame jokes from the movie. (there's a little adjustment cause i can't really remember the actual ones in the movie)

HAI! after 2 days of off, i don't feel like going to work! (sorry readers, but i can't stop wining) feeling of going to work really really really sucks especially having to see blood suckers!! furthermore, my 3 great ladies ain't going work tmw! they're getting their a'level results. anyway, i hereby wish them best of luck!
